Payment & shipping
Lucky Lock is for business customers. All package prices are in US dollars (USD), net of applicable taxes.
Delivery within Germany
We deliver on open invoice. Payment is due within 14 days after receipt of the goods, without deduction. You receive the invoice separately by email or with your delivery.
Standard packages include free shipping. The checkout displays 19% German VAT and the final total before submission.
International delivery
You first receive a nonbinding quotation confirming availability, free shipping for the standard package, applicable taxes and any import charges or destination restrictions. We confirm delivery eligibility individually.
After you accept the quotation, we send an invoice with our bank details. Pay by bank transfer in advance. We dispatch after payment is received.
Your package & event date
Every package includes 5 matching keys and a padlock to keep. The 2,500 and 5,000-key packages also include a Plexiglass safe. These are purchase packages, with no rental return. Tell us your requested first event day; we personally confirm availability and the delivery date.
Receipt & order confirmation
Submitting a binding order is your offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we send a separate order confirmation. The automatic receipt acknowledgement is not acceptance and is not a request for payment.
