You decide in advance how many keys are winners and when the winners will be distributed.

How high is the response rate?
Response rates of over 70% are common if the route is short and the main prize is attractive.
If your potential customer has to walk through several halls, the response rate drops significantly.
When sending by post, it depends on whether your customer comes to the trade fair at all, in which case a few percent response rate can be expected.
How do I get the key to my potential customer?
Distribute cards with keys directly at the trade fair.
Book in advance so that your card with key hangs in the organizer's goodie bag or with a note on the lanyard trade fair badge to guarantee success at the trade fair.
For presentations and keynote speeches - distribute key cards to the seats.
How do I get my customers' business card?
Collect the business card or scan the visitor badge before your customer tries their luck at the safe.
